A police station set on fire after the assassination of a 19-year-old Kurdish boy by regime agents

The regime in Iran started the new year with killings in several cities. On the evening of Wednesday March 22, at the Karim Abad checkpoint, three kilometers from Baneh, a 19-year-old Kurdish boy named Behzad Azizi was shot without warning. He died after arriving at the hospital.

Revolutionary Guards agents refused to release the body to his family. Angry people protested outside the hospital, then attacked the Karim Abad police station and set it on fire. The officers, frightened, fled the area.

Hossein Al-e-Ali, 31, who was forced out of the fourth floor of his home in Bandar Abbas last week by regime agents, died in hospital on March 21, the first day of the Iranian New Year. Hossein Al-e-Ali was wanted by officers for participating in protests and had been in hiding for some time.

On March 27, law enforcement officers killed Issa Rochandel Doghanli, 39, a fellow Qashqai, in Qeshlaq Doghanlou (from Faryab). Angry people chanted “down with Khamenei”, “down with the IRGC” and “the Qashqai prefer death to humiliation” during his funeral, which took place on Sunday March 19.
